Remote Access: A service becoming increasingly popular with our clients. This is achieved using Virtual Private Networking (VPN) to connect from our office to your network using remote access software allowing our technicians to take control of your PCs and servers and repair any software faults. VPN connections are highly secure, being encrypted and therefore making sure that all data transferred is completely safe from any unwanted attention.
On-Site Support: If you problem cannot be repaired using remote access or telephone support then one of our highly trained engineers will visit you to repair your system and get you back to work.
